Share where and when you see activity. An inspection can help identify harbourage and food or moisture sources.
Request an assessmentCockroaches spend much of their time in sheltered crevices close to food and water. A kitchen sighting may lead back to an appliance void, cupboard joint or utility area rather than the exposed surface where the insect was noticed.
The important distinction is between occasional insects entering from outside and activity established indoors. Species, location and the pattern of sightings help determine which access, sanitation and treatment measures belong in the plan.
Record the rooms, time of day and approximate frequency of sightings. The assessment looks at accessible crevices, water leaks, food storage, equipment voids and connections to adjoining units or service ducts.
Keep food in closed containers, manage waste promptly and arrange repairs to water leaks. These measures support the agreed service rather than replacing it.
Record sightings by room and date. Leave monitoring or treatment placements as instructed, and discuss additional products before using them in the same locations.
Cleaning exposed surfaces may leave hidden harbourage, water sources or adjoining entry routes unchanged. Those conditions need review alongside the sightings.
Preparation depends on the affected locations and proposed method. Follow the room-specific instructions supplied before the visit.
