The written quotation and agreed service scope establish the treatment, price, tax where applicable, validity, preparation and follow-up terms. No general guarantee is created by the website.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate property and contact details, arrange agreed access and follow the preparation and aftercare instructions supplied for the service. Notify PPCI of relevant constraints before the appointment.
Payments and disputes
Payments, receipts, cancellation terms and dispute arrangements must be confirmed in writing. PPCI must supply its verified legal entity, business contact details and applicable dispute terms before launch.
